Woodworkers Shop is one of the largest dealers of hardwood products in Downstate Illinois. We have hundreds of thousands of board feet of hardwoods as well as over a quarter million square feet of hardwood flooring in stock. We supply molding and hardwood plywood as well.

FREE SHIPPING Restrictions:
Cart totals to qualify for "FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $75" do not include SawStop Saws or any item that is specifically designated as FREE SHIPPING. This would include all Jet, Powermatic and Festool items that are already set to FREE SHIPPING.
Gift Cards will be mailed to the recipient free of charge, but purchases of gift cards will not count towards the cart total for free shipping on other items purchased at the same time.

If you prefer not to place your order online, please contact us by phone at 800-475-9663. We are available to take order 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. (CST) Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. (CST) on Saturday. We are closed on Sunday.
Order Processing:
Our policy is to provide the most efficient customer service possible. Our goal is to ship your order within 24 hours for orders placed Monday through Friday on in-stock merchandise. From time to time an item may be out of stock and will be delayed and we will notify you with an estimated delivery time.
Sales Tax:
Woodworkers Shop is required by law to collect sales tax in the state where our store is located. We are located in Illinois and we charge 6.75% sales tax to Illinois customers.
Shipping:
Shipping rates are calculated using real-time shipping rates through UPS. All orders in the contiguous 48 states are shipped via UPS. Orders for Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS.
Expedited shipping is available during the check-out process for an additional charge. Expedited shipping is not available on items that are shipped by truck or common carrier.
Larger items such as stationary power tools with special freight needs typically take 2-3 business days to ship and are shipped to the 48 contiguous states only.
Woodworkers Shop does not ship internationally.
Shopping Cart:
Our shopping cart is set up to provide a smooth shopping experience for you. You may add or remove items from your cart at any time during your visit.
Gift Cards:
Gift Cards are available in $25 increments. When a Gift Card is purchased, we will send the recipient an actual gift card. This card can be used in the Woodworkers Shop retail store. At this time, we are unable to provide gift cards for online use; however, a gift card holder may call in an order and pay for the purchase with a Gift Card simply by providing us with the Gift Card number.
Availability and the “OOPS” factor:
We make every effort to keep our notifications of out of stock items up to date. From time to time, an item may be unavailable at the time of order. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
We also acknowledge that from time to time typographical or other errors may appear on the site. We reserve the right to correct these issues at check-out.
Returns:
Our goal is to provide you with 100% satisfaction on your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us within 30 days of receipt of product to arrange a return. Please have an order number and/or invoice number available when you contact us for the return. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs
